second and vacation homes. I started my own real estate brokerage firm.
Together with my wife Gail, we owned and operated Ventura Properties,
Inc., and Ventura Resort Rentals, Inc. We managed and brokered condominium
vacation rentals and single family residential homes for over 700 absentee
homeowner clients in Orlando. Our love for the outdoors and fishing brought us to the Homosassa River. After several years of enjoying all it had to offer, with our son Galvin we decided to relocate 1993. Today, the waterways of Citrus County are where we enjoy the benefits of living and working on the Homosassa River. Many of my real estate clients often see waterfront homes, islands, and investment property while viewing the natural wonders of the environment perched on either my flats or airboat. |
